Senior Consultant

You will be responsible for the whole customer journey and experience, designing UX concepts while understanding the needs of the consumer and the business. You will be working with a very exciting fibre broadband company, and using cutting edge tools to assist you in delivering UX design solutions to continually improve customer experience and help the company develop in the future.

Key Skills

  • 5+ years UX experience, doing hands-on work on design and strategy
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with responsive web design
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong problem solving skills
  • Experience with prototyping, wireframes and a great understanding of the user journey
